About
Event Overview The nature of work is being reshaped by global disruption. Geopolitical tensions, rapid technological change, economic volatility, and evolving workforce expectations are transforming the capabilities organizations need to remain resilient and competitive. Many corporate learning systems, however, were designed for a more stable era. Traditional training approaches often rely on episodic programs that struggle to keep pace with the speed and complexity of change. The L&D Leaders Forum: Designing Sustainable Learning for a Disrupted World will bring together learning and development leaders to explore how organizations can design adaptive and human-centered learning systems that continuously build workforce capability. The forum will provide a platform for dialogue among practitioners and thought leaders on how learning architectures can evolve from isolated training programs toward sustainable learning ecosystems embedded in the flow of work. Insights generated from the discussions, participant self-assessments, and roundtable dialogues will contribute to the development of the L&D Leaders Forum Insight Report on emerging approaches to sustainable workplace learning. Sessions: Economic Perspective: Global Disruptions and Their Impact on the Local Workforce Panel Discussion: The Changing Landscape of Workplace Learning Rethinking Corporate Learning Systems Practitioner Self-Assessment: Evaluating Learning Design Practices Designing Sustainable Learning Systems Roundtable Dialogue: Applying New Learning Design Approaches Synthesis of Insights Join us in designing the future of learning!
