About the event

Emotional intelligence enables individuals to navigate complex social dynamics, build strong

relationships, and effectively communicate with colleagues and clients. At its core, emotional

intelligence involves the ability to understand and manage one's own emotions, as well as the emotions

of others. By developing emotional intelligence, individuals are better equipped to handle stress, resolve

conflicts, and build a positive work environment. This is particularly important in today's fast-paced and

dynamic workplace, where change is constant and the ability to adapt and work well with others is

essential for success. In fact, research has shown that individuals with high levels of emotional

intelligence are more likely to be successful leaders, effective team players, and have greater job

satisfaction. Emotional intelligence is not only an important skill for individuals, but a critical factor for

building successful and sustainable organizations.
